I got a new alarm clock and her name is Constance- she works like a charm



wake up and read my bible and pray

making significant progress. i manage to wake up and use a guided prayer book and also spend some time reading prior to going to bed. no more one hour quiet times for me! but i will gladly take this and am grateful i’m back in a manageable habit.
