Been going every other day since early January and want to start doing 2 days on 1 day off soon so it’ll be 4 or 5 days a week instead.
Thing is I don’t think it’ll be that hard really since I’m at the point now where on days when I don’t go to the gym I think maybe I should go to the gym tonight. Only thing is that it would be awkward as I would have to get home from work, pack my gym stuff and go about half way back to work to go there and probably wouldn’t get there will getting on for 7pm and the last bus home is at 8:25pm.
Might try it next week, bring my stuff into work for 2 on 1 off schedule instead.
