Okay, at least waking up on time is not a problem anymore. I am still running 1.5- 2 km range. And I am trying to set up a routine for working on my upper body by using only body weight exercises.
Ran 1.5 Km today with 7.5 kmph speed. will run 2 KM tomorrow.

I guess I am either doing something wrong or I am just too noob to be doing this, but I cant even complete one km without panting. I skived off a minute from my last run, and just waiting for the rest day tomorrow!!
The next task is to set up a routine for cross training exercises.

Today I did some cross training. It took me 45 mins to walk 5 KM. So far, so good. And it felt better compared to the last time I had walked the same trail. At least I am getting habituated to waking up at 5.30. a whole 1:45 hrs earlier than I used to wake up before.
Tomorrow would be a jogging distance of 2 km, followed by complete rest on Sunday.
