...mainly financial. because it’s entirely possible i’m going to be a single parent. and even if it doesn’t turn out that way, my husband is utterly incapable of being in charge of the money (witness my #1 goal, pay off debt).

...which is a weed-choked disaster. i’d like to do this myself, as cheaply as possible, and result in a resplendent xeriscaped haven! just in time to sell the house. :)
