How I did it: I moved away from the town where I had built really close friendships, at first I missed my friends a lot. Making new friends is mostly just about puting yourself out there. How I did it: Saw an advert for a local aerobics group so I went along. The first week was hard but fun. Now I go every week and I keep up pretty well. I like the people, the music, the activity and it's gets the adrenaline and endorphins going. I feel like I'm part of the wee group now. It's nice. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got an art canvas scrapbook thingy and stuck in quotes that I'd printed out. Some of them have meaningful pictures too. Each page has a theme; Hope, recovery, friendship etc. It is a lot of fun to do. I suppose if's very personal. Read how I did it…

I love to travel and would love to do this. I think I’d do it alone as I’d get more from it then. I can’t drive so it would have to be a bus/train/plane journey
