I didn’t think I would be able to do this the first day back at the gym this semester, but low and behold, I ran a mile in 8 minutes and 38 seconds at a speed of 7.2 mph. I feel so energized now, and I’m going to continue running every single day!

It’s been over three weeks and I haven’t had any soda/pop. I’ve been drinking a lot of iced tea and water… so I hope I can at least survive the rest of the summer :)

I decided that I wasn’t going to drink any soda/pop for the entire summer. So far it’s been a week and I’m going strong! I keep having strong cravings for pop, but I keep drinking water and I just tell myself it’s good for me… If I can go a month I’ll consider myself successful.
