I am a fairly active person. An athlete during spring, summer and fall. Unfortunately once it starts getting cold I turn into a couch potato and want to snuggle up with my cat instead of working out every night.
I have a mini gym in the basement, just want to be outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine when I work out. Bought some winter gear for running and biking. Even looked into snow shoes last year, but no snow came for that. I have had workout buddies who called to cancel.
Now I am running up and down the stairs of the office building I work in during lunch. I have to do something. I am losing my fitness. Winter hasn’t even started and I already have cabin fever. Ugh!
