I do think cancer would be worse than TMJ. I already have a joint problem in my shoulder, what’s one in my jaw? I really do not want to suffer from cancer of the mouth, and at the rate I was going, that’s where I’d be soon. I do worry about TMJ now because I’ve been chewing gum like crazy to get over this bad habit. My jaw has been sore at both TM joints for over two weeks. It is getting better, though. I’m able to finish chewing a piece of gum and wait sometimes two hours before popping in the next one. At least I’m over the chewing the inside of my mouth!!! Yipeeee!

Be sure to shop around. Get to know the staff, since you’ll see them every stinking time you want to go to the gym. I suggest getting a week long pass and each gym you are considering. Get passes for different weeks, o’ course. Then test them out and see which works best for you.
I also suggest getting your work-out in as early in the day as possible.
I did it for three years. Three years! I tried to find what bugged me about it, I tried to overcome those things, I tried to change the way I handled things and tried to remove obstacles. I still hated it.
I researched different career options, and discovered many things about myself. While doing this, I continued to try to overcome my crappy job. It didn’t work, so I found a new career.
I have quit, and I am working toward this new career, and I have never been happier!
