ok starting again.. i made this goal over a year ago!! and i have gone nowhere with it! i take a step forward and fall 2 steps back consistently..

dammit!! i finally got to about 53kgs in feb… then lost motivation after uni started =( and now that its 2 weeks before exams and im been stressing and scoffing.. i now weigh more than ever :’( i started off thinking 56 kgs was bad but i jumped on the scales last nite and by golly i weigh 58kgs!!
yeh u heard right 58kgs!! i regained everything i lost and then some.. almost a kg a week since i stopped gyming =(
so maybe ill monitor this goal a little bit better starting from now.. =)
