I’ll go Sunday to Sunday. I’ve already had coffee and dairy today for breakfast. However, I can start right now! I would like to see how it makes me feel. I’m excited.

How I did it: I started out by running for one minute then walking for 2, running for about 1/2 mile. First I went for about 5 minutes, then for about 7 minutes, then for about 10 minutes, then for about 15 minutes, then for about 20 minutes, then for about 25 minutes, then for 30 minutes, then for about 35 minutes and then for about 40 minutes. How I did it: I used the nicotine patch. I put it on each morning. At the beginning I used it at night, but I had bad nightmares so took it off at night. Little by little, it became easier. And then after about 3 months, I didn't need in anymore. I was DONE! Read how I did it…
I can’t believe how well this has been working! I’ve been listening to the Think and Shrink thingie on my ipod most every day and since August I’ve lost 25 pounds! I just keep on remembering that I’m going toward health and I see myself just becoming healthier and healthier, lighter and lighter each day and it just seems to be happening. I love it.
I’ve officially lost 17 pounds. I’ve been eating lots and lots of fruits (sometimes up to 6 or 7 a day) and tons of raw and cooked vegetables (as many as 10 a day sometimes!) I’ve been drinking unsweetened Almond Milk, and water and only a tiny bit of diet coke (maybe 1 can a week or less) and then I’m eating tuna, salmon in a can, taking cod liver oil (one teaspoon a day—http://www.carlsonlabs.com/product_detail.phtml?prodid=00205) and doing the think & shrink program (http://www.thinkandshrink.com). It’s been great. Now, only 63 more pounds to go. I hope they’re as easy as the first 17!
