he knows just what to say at all the right times
i mean don’t get me wrong, we still get in fights. nothing can be absolutely perfect… but he makes me feel like i am = )

ok so i didn’t lose a significant amount of weight doing this, mostly becuase i wasn’t diong it for the purpose of losing weight, but swim! at my high school you are required as a sophomore to take one quarter of swimming for P.E. i was swimming 5 days a week for at least 25 minutes a day, so i started noticing a slight difference in my weight! i only lost a few pounds but it still made me feel better about myself. cardio days were really good too! at the most on cardio days we did 24 laps and at the least we did 10
