And the “new tires” fund is $100 richer. Now on to the stove.

How I did it: We were not having a lot of success with one of the twins. I talked to the boy's pediatrician about it, even though I'd read a lot on the internet and in books. Talking to him really helped me calm down a little. He gave me practical advice that really worked, as well as identifying a medical reason why he was struggling. I appreciated that he did not act judgemental with me. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Traded for books on swaptree.com. Went to thrift stores to get good deals on books I'd been interested in reading. Got a library card and used it. If I read something I loved but didn't own, I'd add it to my swaptree.com list and eventually trade for it so I could own it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Bought apples, ate apples. Tried some different varieties. Found some apples that I really love. Mostly ate those. Bought a big bag. My parents brought us a box of apples. Read how I did it…

The IT guy at work made this so easy it was almost painless. Getting used to the the new operating system and the changed locations for my links, etc, was a hassle but we did not lose a single document or email in this transition. I’m glad it’s done!
I’m happy using just about any shampoo but I have this fabulous-smelling conditioner that I adore. Makes my hair smell so good. It makes me feel good when I am busy and turn my head and just catch a small whiff of my hair.
