Finally, I’ve figured out that the last 5 years of career-ADD have really been field research for this project. I’ve made a good start and plan to push on through. I think I’m finally taking this goal seriously.

With travel costs so high and my niece’s wedding coming up in late August, there’s just no way we can make two trips back east this summer.
Not without a good teacher...

I strongly recommend finding a good, patient teacher if you want to learn how to knit. Even if you are quite good at following written directions, it will be easier to learn and understand the actions if you have someone there beside you to coach you and check your stitches occasionally. I could not have figured things out without the help of my friend Ericka.
