How I did it: fI Made a plan for what i would need by looking at my living expenses for the entire summer I made a list of my needs then I broke it down to monthly goals buying items saving money paying off bills planning for fun as well during the summer so I would not feel trapped or negativeI stayed committed to the goal even if I had to do cut back somewhere else I even saved money for rent and routine bills and needs Read how I did it…
I am completely free of all cola and caffeine sodas for 15 months !!! To me this is a huge success but now I notice how much Sierra Mist, Sprite, 7 Up type soda I am still drinking…everyday. I believe the sugar etc is not good for me and will get in the way of healthy eating and weight loss.
HELP Must find a way to break this sugar addiction
