this week I went to the botanic garden to admire the plant of the month
I really want to reduce the amount of papers I keep, so my plan is to go through my folders and shred everything I can – this is how I’m going to spend my weekend: sorting and shreding :)
I went for a walk in the city centre and sat by the river just watching the boats go by. It was so pleasant: amazing autumn colours, sunny day, not too cold, I had the company of my better half… and I took a very golden picture :)
Since my last update I went out for a meal followed by the talk about this very dark painting about the frailty of human life.

Yesterday I went walking with BH in King’s Forest not too far from Bury. It was great, we did a 2 mile circular walk. Lovely colours at this time.
Sunday we went to Hylands Park near Chelmsford, another great walk and we saw the cutest westie in the woods :)
yes I used to be fit and I want to experience fitness again, be able to climb stairs without getting out of breath (I’m at this level) and progress from stairs to majestic mountains!
Anyway, here is my plan:
swim 3x a week (starting with 10 laps and increasing)
brisk walk 2x a week (or more! invite better half to be more fun!)
do the breathing exercises once a day
