How I did it: One day I realized that the part of me that was enamored with some bells and wanted to fiddle with them instead of doing work, was my inner child. Now when I am afraid or dealing with some PTSD issues the adult in me can talk down the part of me that is in complete panic. How I did it: I hauled a lot of rock from around the farm and started building a rock retaining wall. I hauled a lot of gravel, tamped it. I was very careful not to disturb the tree roots as not to stress out my trees. I ended up building UP more than anything for the trees. I have an ocarina that i bought from mountainocarina.com. I started playing it when I first got it, but it has been over a year now since I picked it up. I just need to follow through.

Jake is coming along nicely. He no longer jumps on me, is more polite, lays down on his bed when he first comes in from outside (this is to dry off by the fire).
