I read the Omnivore’s Dilemma, and now I’m reading The Red Tent. Next, I think I want to read In Defense of Food, then maybe The Tipping Point, Freakonomics, hmmmm…what else? You know, I only really read books that have been recommended to me by others, I figure, if I’ve heard enough about how good a book is, I’d probably like it too!

Anyone who is creative knows that creativity requires DOWN TIME, which may seem like “dead time” but really, it’s PURPOSEFULLY non-productive time, which enables our sub… Read how I did it…
So hey! We are going to sign up for a CSA, we are going to have fresh, organic, local vegetables delivered to our house! I am so excited for this, this will be one big step in this goal and my other goal to eat more fruits and vegetables.
My amazing boyfriend bought me sailing lessons for my birthday. We went out on the boat, and learned about stuff all day long. I was SOOO excited to get this opportunity. Now we have 4 more hours of courses before we can be “crew” and then we will have about 12 more hours before we can take out one of the yacht club’s boats for day sails. I think my birthday party next year is going to be a sail to somewhere on a sailboat. heehhhehehehe I’m so happy about this. I am achieving my goals! I love the power of intention! Things just HAPPEN!
