I’ve ran 2 half marathons, one at Thanksgiving and one a few months ago. In 2 weeks I’ll run my first full marathon! =) And be able to check this off my list!

How I did it: I trained for about 4 months. In the middle, I ran a half-marathon trail race.I used a training book, which has a running schedule of 4x a week. I did my long runs on Sat mornings and short runs spread out during the week.
