off track

well, i’ve gotten completely off track and i feel awful. i guess its back to square 1. total i lost 10 lbs before i got off track. i figure if i can keep it there until i get back on my diet and exercise plan then i will be good. but i can’t keep losing 15 and gaining 5 back, losing 15 and gaining 5 back. not fun to yo yo with my weight.

wow, i have become a pro. this has not gotten any better. i basically wasted my whole afternoon :(. this is what i have to do before i go to bed tonight
work on anthro test (questions 2-4)
study study study for physics test
start on spanish essay
art reading & article summary
not too bad i don’t think. i just need to work hard until thursday afternoon then i have off until monday for easter!



only eat when I'm hungry (read all 2 entries…)

today for lunch, i made myself a hearty salad but i wasn’t that hungary to begin with. i only ate part of it! good for me. and i haven’t snacked this afternoon (probably because we don’t have any food). but still, a pretty good day.
