well, i’ve gotten completely off track and i feel awful. i guess its back to square 1. total i lost 10 lbs before i got off track. i figure if i can keep it there until i get back on my diet and exercise plan then i will be good. but i can’t keep losing 15 and gaining 5 back, losing 15 and gaining 5 back. not fun to yo yo with my weight.

not too bad i don’t think. i just need to work hard until thursday afternoon then i have off until monday for easter!
today for lunch, i made myself a hearty salad but i wasn’t that hungary to begin with. i only ate part of it! good for me. and i haven’t snacked this afternoon (probably because we don’t have any food). but still, a pretty good day.
