I am going to start a fast on the 3rd of January and end it on the 1st of February. I am doing this not just for weight loss but for health reasons as well. If anyone is interested in some facts about fasting you should probably check out this site:

All i had to do to fight this bad habit is to make a list of the most important things i have to do in a day. I focus on that list and do one thing at a time. When each task is complete i cross it out. At the end of everyday i make the next day’s list. Once I complete a daily list, I mark a X on the calendar to see my progress. It has reached the point that i am addicted to seeing more X’s on the calendar. I would recommend this method to anyone trying to fight procrastination
