before I’m exhausted and uncoordinated. You’d never know I taught high-impact aerobics to Sailors 10 years ago for a whole hour. It’s sad.



Continue to eat healtier
Fall down, get back up...

I started trying to eat healthier (YOU on a diet) about a month ago. I lost some weight quickly, but then I started cheating more and more. I need to get back on track, and cheat less often. (I’ll never not cheat. That’s not even on the list!)
