Well I am not yet 100% but I have been working towards it for about 2 months now. When I do ‘relapse’ and eat cooked food, esp. non-vegan, I ususally feel crappy afterwards – and I don’t mean guilty or anything, I mean my body! One warning with this is that the more healthy raw and vvegan foods you eat the more sensitive your body becomes to not-so-healthy stuff. Oh, and green smoothies rule! They will help you to crave more healthy foods. Anyway I don’t anticipate transitioning 100% for a while but I h=am really enjoying learning to sprout, dehydrate, and make all kinds of fun things with my blender and food processor! Just the other night I made mexican stuffed-mushrooms and they were so authentic! You almost didn’t know you weren’t eating ground beef!
