lose 15 pounds

My goal is to lose around 15-20 pounds in 3 months :) I’ve recovered from my EDs and recovering caused me to gain some weight -would have gained a lot more if I wasn’t into sports. Now I want to lose weight the healthier way so I can maintain it and still live a happier life, no starving myself or abusing my body with bulemia! I beat you, bulemia!!

I don’t eat beef pork or chicken (I haven’t, in 2-3 years) but my weaknesses are processed carbs, bread, cereal, nuts and chocolate. I really want to cut all the junk food out of my diet already, or at least learn portion control. It seems like once I start, I can’t stop! I’m going to do this by eating more HEALTHY foods like fish, vegetables, milk…my favorite options are whole-wheat sandwiches (salmon or tuna) and sushi rolls :)

Right now, I’m really getting into bikram yoga, so I’m going to keep going! :) I know I can do this :)

Fresh start! 6 months ago

I’m entering my dream college in a few weeks -taking my dream course, and I really want to do as well as all my teachers said I could. All throughout gradeschool and highschool, I sort of slacked off but got pretty good grades anyway. My teachers kept telling my parents I could have gotten honors if I actually focused more -but I got too wrapped up in friend related drama, boy related drama, and focused on my extracurriculars like sports and pep squad too much. But I always regretted it at graduation because I longed to go up on stage to get a medal, too. BECAUSE I KNEW I COULD HAVE. No more regrets this time!

Second chance? 6 months ago

My crush -let’s call him F, and I sort of had a thing before. People told me he had a crush on me, too. But thanks to my insecurities and complications c/o our friends, things got ruined before anything serious happened. I don’t seriously like guys, often. Sometimes I’ll like a guy for a while but for the wrong reasons, but with him…I guess I just fell really hard. It really broke me, when people told me he stopped liking me and though we’ve barely spoken in months, other guys still don’t compare to him.
