well i have been depressed for a long time now and i have decided that im tired of it i want to be happy and feel alive again so today i went to a friends house and hung out with her the whole day. i just need to get out more..do more with my time and i want to learn to live like i were dying..everyday to the fullest.


stop being bulimic
my dirty little secret 2 months ago

well 95% of people who know me don’t know that im bulimic. i have only been bulimic for a year but in this time this disease if u will has taken over. i am not in control of my eating anymore or my purging. im actually scared to eat because as soon as i do i want to purge so i dont eat for like 20 hours and then i feel sick and im even more scared to eat because i dont want to upset my stomach. i need to stop this because i have medicine that i need to take but cant because everytime i purge it comes right back up. when i became bulimic i did it because of low self esteme and wanting to loose weight never feeling good enough but now im at the point i dont care what people think because if i dont get help im gonna end up dying either from this or from not being able to take my meds which control my heart. so if anyone has any insight on how i can stop this and take control of my life once again i beg you please contact me and share it with me, it will be greatly appreciated. thank you and god bless.

i started this goal sep 13. 07 and when i decided to do this i didn’t know if i would be able to do it or if i would cave immediately. at times it has been hard because my family still eats meat and sometimes what they make smells really good..but somehow i overcome that & remember why i became a vegetarian (because meat grosses me out) and then eat something else like pasta or all the other things that dont contain meat and i’m fine..being a vegetarian is awesome and i would recommend it to anyone. if u can do it then do it..you’ll be much happier and healthier once u remove all the meat out of your life.
