Based on this NYC Metro Card Origami Cube, I made my own version with some old UK train tickets I found. If it wasn’t so small it wouldn’t have been so difficult and fiddly I think!
Once you figure out the mechanism it’s easy and if you go wrong (as I did a few times), you can easily sort it out :)
I suppose it’s pretty pointless really, I don’t know what to do with it but I definitely want to make more ;)

So I bought this book yesterday: Confidence: The Art of Getting What You Want. I mostly bought it on a whim because I needed a book to read on the train and couldn’t decide from any of the fiction books so went for this. I’m glad I did, it seems that the writer and psychologist Dr Rob Yeung really knows what he’s talking about. I like that he also stresses that you have to put the work in yourself and you won’t necessarily get instant results. He really gets you involved and gives you little exercises and homeworks to do and practice applying to your life. I am going to do it properly, do the exercises, learn the techniques and fully apply it to myself. The reviews at Amazon back up what I have got from it so far, if anyone wants to read them here.
