im sick of being the shy quiet person, i want to speak up and i want to be heard. Im sick of people asking me: what did u say, after i have said somthing…and im sick of people making fun of my squeeky and low voice! i want to be tough and to have a strong and capturing voice which would make me be taken more seriously and i want to be able to speak loud and clear without caring about what other people think!! this shyness has really affected me it drags me down and makes me look much dumber then i really am. The fact that i cant speak up and participate in group convesations destroys my self-confidence. I need to show others that I have an opinion and that i am just as smart as they are…NO MORe silence!!



become better friends with my parents

i dont know why i find it hard to become better friends with my parents, i think its a lack of effort on both sides. i need to give them some more attention, and they need to give me some more attention as well. we always run out of conversation!!



exercise every day
evrey week

i am going to try to get my excersize evreyday because it uplifts the mood and generally makes the person more optimistic…i will try to write down what ive dont on a weekly basis. My excersize options should be:
- Treadmilling for an hour
- A two-hour walk outside
- half hour swim
- The yoga dvd
I hope i can do this…PLUS i want to include doing 5 sets of 20 sit ups evreynight…! THINSPIRATION!!!!!!
