Well I know this time next year I’ll still be in univerity revising for exams, but hopefully with a graduate placement under my belt.
And maybe a boyfriend? :)

How I did it: I realised I chewed my nails because my hands weren't busy. So everytime I felt the need to chew them I'd grab a coin or a credit card and just fiddle with it and it would keep my mind off chewing my nails.
