I think what I felt in myself was to be able to confidently dance with a group of friends, want to hit the dance floor at a club.

How I did it: I realised I chewed my nails because my hands weren't busy. So everytime I felt the need to chew them I'd grab a coin or a credit card and just fiddle with it and it would keep my mind off chewing my nails.
