If I do one extra credit assignment every week, then I can probably raise my grade by one or two points. My grade started as a 92.

How I did it: I have learned to immerse myself in nature. I set up a routine. I walk my dogs -and my cat too!- every night. I think about the outdoors with an artistic perspective. I write poetry about nature. I turn down the music when I drive through scenic areas. I go to the park. I swing on playground swingsets and porch swings. She uses dairy and meat, but the majority of her recipes contain fruit and veggies. Keeping things simple and light makes veganism that much easier. Take… Read how I did it…
First I need to stop playing on this laptop so much. Second I need to invest in some outdoorsy things, like a nice bike. As a student, I try to take my homework assignments outside to a nice place. I walk almost everyday. This goal shouldn’t be difficult for me.
I joined Venture Crew! I started gardening!
I’m so busy on some days that all I want to do in my down time is rest. I’m very proud of myself, though, because I usually walk every day for at least 30 minutes.
Advice to students: manage your time!! The only way I fit excercise into my schedule is by planning and prioritizing.
Good luck to everyone!
