i dont know if anyone can remember the pringles advertising campaign, once you pop you can’t stop…
i can’t stop adding things to this diary. i was out with a friend the other night that i haven’t seen for ages. we caught up at this really really cute little cafe/bar. they had big murals on the walls and there was one in particular of these two birds that i fell in love with.
my friend got up and went to the toilet at one stage so i whipped out my diary and sketched what i saw. she came back and was like please dont put it away i love seeing you sketch. i sat there for another five minutes putting a couple of doodles into my diary… it goes everywhere with me now and i feel kind of strange without it

i have started reading the book my ishmael by Daniel Quinn…
this book is incredible. there are so many messages and ideas in this book that i actually can only read a couple of chapters at a time and then have to put the book down to think over what is being said… i have never had to do this before with a book.
it is such an amazing piece of writing that i have taken some of the key messages in it and written them on my mirror so that i have to look at them each time i walk into my room.
i highly recommend reading it for anyone interested!

last weekend i was shopping with my best mate and we went into this cute little store over in bondi…
i was looking at this cabinet of hand made jewellery and found a series of hand designed rings and asked the shop assistant if i could look at them.
each ring had a small inscription on them with positive messages. i fell in love with the styles and the inscriptions… i picked up each ring and made comment about each of them (im sure the shop assistant really cared haha)
eventually i came across this ring that had an inscription on it, it was a quote from Ghandi. when i picked the ring up i was over come with this feeling of “i am meant to be wearing this ring”
i asked the shop assistant how much it cost and she told me and i held the ring for one moment more and then put it on and paid for it… i had to have it.
ever since i have had this ring i have been buzzing with energy. my aunty explained that this can happen and it is called vibrational energy. it was crazy…
and not for one moment since i paid for this ring have i had buyer’s regret (which i ususally get)
the funny thing is that i have to take the ring off too sleep or i don’t sleep properly… :)
