The last few months in Worcester were stressful, and then after moving in with Ian I’ve managed to put on 30-40 pounds. I wouldn’t care so much except 1 – can’t afford a gym, 2 – I’d have to acquire new clothes if I lost weight, and 3 – I don’t know anyone else who is near-by to be a good coaching buddy on this.
I walk almost every day or get some form of exercise… I’m just sad about the shape in general. I’ve never been this heavy (I used to be 130/140 when I was around 16).
I could use suggestions for safe, healthy exercises that could be done around the home or while walking.
