How I did it: i kept a little diary, where i had to check off all 8 glasses of water i had to drink every day. it was difficult at first, because all your body wants to do is pee every few minutes. after a while it learns to retain it better so your bladder doesn't feel quite so burdened.its easier to start drinking more water in the summer when its natural to want to refresh yourself. in the winter its all about herbal teas for me. for every coffee or… Read how I did it…

How to volunteer

i didn’t end up starting when i said i would, but i’ve started now. 7mm needles – 4ply worsted acrylic…whatever that means. i’m not following a pattern per say, just kind of making it up as i go along. its going to be long, its going to be wrap around with a little belt, and it’ll have a hood. not a cardigan really, but meh!

gonna get back to it.

i’m gonna start tomorrow. i know exactly how i want it to look. it’ll be a jacket actually, not a cardigan. it’ll have bell sleeves, it’ll be wrap around with a belt, and it’ll have a hood.

and of course it’ll be purple!

i’ve found another massage course that i want to do even more. it doesn’t start until this coming september so i’ll be able to save up enough until then. its called thai yoga massage and looks simply wonderful. a great new friend recommended it.
