I’ve been going to a yoga class 3 times a week. I also just signed up for 2 months. I don’t think many people realize how much of a workout yoga is. It not only builds muscle, but it helps you build strength as well. Today I am currently feeling muscles I didn’t even know existed…
I think if I stick with this, it will be a great longterm investment in my lifestyle.
I’ve attended so many concerts this year I have lost count.
Bonnaroo in itself was around 100 performers, which of course I didn’t get to see them all, but I did see.. Tom Petty, Radiohead, Rusted Root, Damien Marley (Bob Marleys son), it was pretty amazing.
Ben Harper has still been my favorite concert of the year. There are plenty more to come in the future..
Aretha Franklin came into the courthouse the end of August and I got to assist her in helping her son post a bond. Was a pretty cool experience, but I still don’t get startstruck like most people do.
