Signed up for an OU course with the intention of doing a degree in History.

Quite excited, as I work in the evenings I have plenty of time on my hands to study!

I am particularly interested in religious history and the history of religion in society (although I myself am not religious).

Hopefully my enthusiasm will last!

My original plan was to emigrate and get out of this country entirely. But, circumstances change and instead, we’re moving about an hour and a half away! Hubby’s new job will be great though, and it’s the first step to getting away from the situation we’ve got ourselves stuck in.

But at least we might be able to afford a house!
