I’m going to try keeping an elastic band around my wrist, and snapping it when I notice myself picking at my skin. Maybe a little bit of pain will help me get rid of this habit quicker =P

We’re going up to the mountains. I’m really looking forward to it, haven’t been on a picnic in ages! And we’re even taking strawberries! =)
