How I did it
How I did it: ok so after many hangovers and just general understanding of the reasons I was drinking, i got to the point where something had to change. there are many people that drink more than me.. but i doubt they ever felt as sad, lonely, depressed as i did during and after drinking. i wasn't drinking to enjoy a drink, i was drinking to get drunk.. and that's not good or healthy. so i'm feeling much better right now : )Yay for a day at a time.
