How I did it: i just realized, why should i feel inferior to anyone? what makes them better than me? theyre not. so idk how i did it, i just realized that no ones opinions are gonna change who i am. im completely proud of who i am. im a likeable person and i know it. and if ur not, just brush up on urself to be a better person. then ull be satisfied with urself and know ur the best u can be and u wont care about anyone Read how I did it…
How I did it: so it made me less hungry and lose the weight i wantedbut heres the thing, dont try and drink 8 glasses of water a day...drink 2 32 oz water bottles a day. its so much easier. carry it with u all the time and dont let it out of ur site. it makes drinking 8 glasses of water a day a freakin SINCH! wow its so much fun when u stop worrying about what people think of you. like it makes u soooooooo much more confident and happier. i realized..why care about what anyone thinks cuz its just wasting ur life? do crazy stuff cuz then people will see u dont care what they think and theyll wanna be around u. in a way theyll be jealous and wish they could do that. so many people worry about what other people think about them and its like..why waste ur whole life trying to be someone else when theres absolutely no one is like you. be different, be stupid, be crazy, be odd, be outgoing..be EVERYTHING FEEL LIKE BEING! life is meant to be enjoyed and i PROOMISSEEE u that if u just dont look back and think about those people who are lookin at u in a weird way…ull feel so much better. try it.
seriously. HOW the hell do u do this? like..im doing OK at it..but when i see like cake or something or chocolate im like AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! and go crazy. see…i dont even know whats healthy anymore so thats why i just wanna like stop eating. someone help me…? cuz im so confused at what type of foods are actually good to eat and whats not.
