still not doing it -time to do yoga

I think I need to start doing my splats and hurrays and realise what situations and time and people make me have splats and what makes me have hurrays. The splats are MORNING. I am cranky and stressed in the morning trying to take my kids to school on time and I start seeing all the things I am not happy with. teenager messy bedrooms, teenager asking important questions which should have been asked the night before, running late etc. So I need prepare myself for a better morning. Wake up earlier and Sleep earlier.
Another splat is weekend. The lack of planning or wake up too late all result in bad planning and leads to arugment. So best learn to a) wake up early b) agree family activity and stick to it and c) plan in some self treat time to make me look forward to it rather than always focusing on how busy and tired my life is.
Another splat is my frustration with myself for not getting my kids the discipline they need. I need to start with potty training and sleep pattern. No more going out sort my kids out first.
Another splat is my fear of my business. SO go deal with it. Close it if you need. Do whatever you need to IMPROVE from current situation. This will put me in a better calmer mood.
Hurrays – reading books, having coffees, playing with my kids, watching movies.
I really want to row less with my daughters and my partner. Learn to take deep breath and walk away from an argument.

I failed but am determined to try again

I realise I procrastinate not because I am not hardworking. I am. I procrastinate because I am not confident in certain aspects of my life but too weak to do something about it. So I keep going for short term solution which eventually comes back to haunt you and make the problems a lot bigger. So yes I have failed miserably in some areas but I recognise I do succeed in other areas so I am going to try bring the focus and consistency in the success area to the failure area. Yesterday I started to pick myself up and sorted out my personal finance. I really must stop this one big chunk painful to look at and not wanting to deal with once a month job into chewable doable once a week job. I am much better than before but I will pick myself up and do it again. Stop all these negative thoughts. Make a folder of all the successful people you admire and respect to inspire yourself. I am going to transform my financial situation in 12 months and that’s a number one goal.
