Obviously that last goal of 5 by august 1 was a bit of a stretch….I know I haven’t been eating very well lately. In about a week my hubby and I will be moving into our new home :) (our first) and needless to say, I’m packing…which is stressful for me. I’m trying out this new tactic (for me) to only eat when I’m hungry…which is a little hard b/c if i’m not hungry for lunch, for example, I still feel like I should eat something because I know I’ll be hungry later and I might not have a chance to eat then b/c I’ll be busy and then I’ll feel slumpish..etc. So, I guess I’ll just see where this goes. :)
this feeling I’m referring to is that pms thing and all that is associated with that. I feel bloated x 10, craving salty foods this time (extremely weird considering all I normally want is chocolate) as well as chocolate (of course). I ate a bunch of chinese takeout last night…and of course my fav is sweet and sour chicken. Anyone have any suggestions other than drink lots of water and take midol that might help in this situation, because I really feel like I’ve hit a wall.
