I am so stressed and worried and practically sick over it! I feel like there’s so much bad going on in my life right now! And what I hate even more is that all I can do is sulk about my own problems, not even caring about the rest of the world out there. I’m just not sure how to clear my mind and move on.

this is so hard for me! Every time I even get close to meeting this goal, I give up and just start going back to my old unhealthy habits again. How do people stay motivated and not give up?! Maybe if I had some kind of a support-buddy, this would be a lot easier.
anybody interested?
