I’ve signed up to tribal training and I start next Monday the 9th of January. So far I have lost 7kg by keeping active and having the frame of mind that what goes into my body will affect me one way or another.

How I did it: Beating Post Natal Depression down and becoming a survivor. Exposing myself to the wreckage and remains of my relationships with people especially my Superman Husband Steven. Taking ownership of my actions where it was due and making peace with those involved and with myself. Learning to love myself and therefore my husband again. Becoming the Girl that Steven married again. Happy Healthy and ALIVE :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: Eating regularly, I used to not eat at all being a busy mum. Regular exercise and eating, no magic! Mentally I was really unhappy with my weight trying to run after my young children. I decided to join a bootcamp and lo and behold i LOVED it! SO motivating and enjoyable. Everyone there has a similar goal to you, and your all working towards it! Awesome! Every week is different!
