Get fit, get healthy

I have set a goal: I will lose 26 lb in 3 months. I will also get fit. I will exercise 30 mins a day and cut my food portions. I am going to eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks and drink 8 tea/ water/ coffee beverages. I am going to have a glass of wine 3 x a week.
This is my personal mountain.
