Day 1

I did my first cleanse in November for 7 days. I’m hoping to make it 10 days this time around. I had a lot of difficulty with the swf last time around (to the point where I had so little salt in it to get it down I don’t think it really did anything). For now, I will just do the lax tea morning and night (Stanley Burroughs lists this as an alternative if you have trouble with the swf) and see if results are better than when I struggled with the swf. Has anyone tried this?
