once i first stop eating so mcuh and loose weight. then i know i will. :). last time i remember loveing it was when i was eating well and working out. even though i wasnt skinny skinny i felt like i was doing all i could. and i aws. good luck everyone hope that one works for me and the next entry i make says. i love it. peace.



go to bed and go to sleep, instead of lying in bed for hours staring at the ceiling because my brain won’t stop

ive done this sort of. the trick is. stay up till ur sooo tired. then u have no choice and uill sleep. the downside? i get like 4 hours a night or less. so its not worth it till u manage this properly. with like. 6 hours of sleep min. tell me how when u get it but fornow this workis for me. or has to.
