I used to dances..And I was missing it, like part of me was missing..I was too shy to join up until few months ago. I now dance cuba salsa, and I am loving it. As I have made few friends and I once feel alive again. As I was born deaf, I can not hear the beats to well, which is needed to to this dances, I have got by watching the teacher and learning the movement.. I have noticed that I am smiling, which makes me feel good about myself. So give it a go, you never know until you try. Only an hour of your time….but I looking for more!!!!!!!!!

Just getting by with work,love and the rest….there got to be more than this feeling I am having. I must think today is now, not yesterday or tomorrow. Or I am just waiting…and wasting my life..before its too late..but how do i practice this?

Done it once, when I was 12 years old…one of best feeling I ever had. So I would like to gain that feeling once again…Maybe actually do a course this time!!
