How I did it: I had never competed in biking or swimming before, and having to do both prior to running a 5k seemed daunting, but I finished strong, and was able to run the entire 5k with no walking! That was a big accomplishment for me. I want to do another one and train harder to get a more competitive time. Read how I did it…
