I hope it’s only the medication I’m on, but I am having symptoms that possibly point to lupus, and with a positive ANA marker, things don’t look good. Ruled out RA, now we just need to find out if the Lupron I’ve got in me is what’s turning me to stone.

Tea hangover 21 months ago

Just finished hosting my first real tea party, and my guests and I had so much fun. I am so glad I thought of it, although next time, I’m going to try my hand at making real petit-fours. The hats were fabulous and the conversation was priceless. A terrific way to show appreciation for the friends that mean so much.

I’ve always wanted to do this. I can’t paint worth a damn, but some Sunday morning, whilst the kiddies slumber peacefully, I shall break out the paints and canvases and bow my head and thank the good Lord for Tivo.
