I probably drink more than eight glasses a day – aint’ I the freak?
The weird thing is that I used to NEVER drink water, I was always drinking coke, or coffee. – But I gave that all up, and now all I drink is regular tea, peppermint tea, and, of course, water!
It’s great, because I used to have bad acne, but not anymore! It’s totally cleared up, and I’ve also lost a HEAP of weight (15 kilos) just by drinking water, and trying to eat at least five vegies a day.
– - – Instead of grabbing for that coke or coffee, just tell yourself, “this isn’t going to quench my thirst, it’s only going to make me want to drink more and make me feel bloated.” – I know, easier said than done, but give it a try – it’s totally worth it.

I was a TERRIBLE cook! I burnt pasta for goodness sakes! But, I took the year off Uni, and wrote down a list of aims to accomplish this year – and this was one that I thought I’d have a lot of trouble achieving.
However, I’m extremly suprised that it’s REALLY easy after you get the hang of it!
One thing I recommend is that you grab a friend/family member that can cook, and get them to show you round the kitchen/show you a few of their faviorate recipes. Write them all down, and then practise them on your own – you’ll be amazed at how well you do!
Also, if you have a sweet tooth, I TOALLY recommed you try out The Magnolia Cook book (check it out on Amazon) the recipes are extremly easy and VERY yummy.
