How I did it: I locked my credit cards away first of all, that way I was not tempted to use them. From there it was just a matter of doing my best to not spend money on things I didn't absolutely need. Read how I did it…
How I did it: It seemed like it would take a long time at first, but once I put my mind to it and sat down and did the list, I found out there were quite a few things. The list of things that makes me happy goes far beyond 100, but for the sake of this goal, I will stop at that. How I did it: For most of my life I've known I wanted to do something in the art field. But hearing "you'll flip burgers the rest of your life" over and over is pretty discouraging. Recently, I’ve decided to make a commitment to both my health and the environment. I want to live greener, and take better care of myself. The biggest step for me is to quit smoking. Smoking snuck up on me. It started out as just when I drink, and slowly got bigger. It’s going to be tough, but I really feel like I’m ready to make some big changes in my life.
Today I smoked my last cigarette out of my last pack, and I don’t intend to buy any more. I feel pretty good about it right now, but I also haven’t gone through withdrawal or cravings yet. I won’t call this goal completed until I haven’t been smoking for about a month. I feel like the worst will be over by then, everyone wish me luck!!
