How I did it: I took photos at one of the meetings. I wrote down what's important to share. I asked the other officers to contribute. I really only had help from one other officer, plus a second officer emailed me a short notice. The hardest part was building up the format in a Publisher document. We dodged the rain in our city by riding the train to Lund and having a lovely 6 km walk there.
Open the windows first thing in the morning and take a few deep breaths.
Did this. I’m just so grateful that I’m breathing normally again.
