1. joyfully clear out the clutter from our home
How I did it: The hardest part was helping my son put together his costume. He printed a photo from the Internet that I had to follow. First we went shopping at Goodwill and bought the pants and long-sleeved white shirt. Then I bought fabric and sewed a green tunic and green hat. How I did it: I made a committment to myself, a challenge, to eat vegan for 21 days. The most important thing was to clean out the frig of all the non-vegan and tempting foods and just buy groceries that were vegan. in Phoenix… I enjoyed my sweet and sour veggies, tofu with rice,and my oldest son enjoyed his summer rolls. Unfortunately, my youngest son didn’t like it at all. He hopes we never go back there.
