I really began trying to eat healthier since about the first of February…I can tell a huge difference already! I have lost a little weight, although I’m really more concerned with just living longer!!! I own my own business, and I am on the road a lot, so its hard to always eat right…
One of the main things I did in the beginning was stop drinking so many carbonated drinks! I now drink mostly water…that was the first step! I also began eating mostly chicken when I eat fast food! I only eat maybe one fourth of the fries if they come with the meal…sometimes I don’t eat them at all…
I have been eating salad alot at home.
The results are that I feel much better, look a little better, and hopefully will live longer!!!
I know its a far cry from “really” eating healthy, but for me, it’s a start!

I have loved music as long as I can remember…I really never knew that I actually had any kind of musical talent such as singing or playing an instrument until I was about 17…Since then, I have been blessed with many opportunities through the gifts that God has given me…
As with most singer/songwriter/musicians…I have only dreamed that someday I would be able to record my own material and share it with the world…
Well, recently, I have acquired more than enough equipment to do just that…however, it seems my boat has docked in the middle of the sahara desert, and there is no chance for rain anytime soon…
First, I have no time to play with my new recording equipment, and every opportunity that I do, I seem to have no inspiration…It’s just empty! It makes no sense to me, but that’s where I’m at…
I can’t help but think of Alanis Morsette’s song…’Isn’t It Ironic?’
Hopefully it will pass soon….
